"Jenny" at this number claimed to be from microsoft (i'd just set up an account so wonder if they have an inside person). They claimed they called to help me because my computer had been hacked (their words). Refused to email clarification and got testy. Other websites have simikar stories from this number. I refused to speak to them but others have had unfortunate and expensive experiences.
