They called at 8:15 AM and a recording said I had applied for a payday loan, which is not true. I hung up.
Where is the enforcement on these calls? I am on a no-call list. Does the government EVER make an attempt to find and shut down these scammers, who are at least annoying if not some sort of attempted theft?
