I just called them back and it took a bit of work to get a human. The initial greeting is "Hi this is North American (no other company name???) if you know your party's extension deal it now otherwise .." then a busy signal. Redialing I immediately hit tried several numbers, all of which got me to a supposed voice mail or the option to dial another extension. I usually ended up getting the busy signal again but finally was able to hit a 2 digit number that connected me to "Olivia" whoms I told to remove me from their call list. She said it was done so I'll see if I get anymore calls. Definitely not a customer friendly operation.
