The call initially was an automated voice and asked me to press one to ask for a lower interest rate on my credit card. Once connected to a rep I requested what bank and credit card company they were calling from. The response was are you not interested in a lower interest rate? I again asked what bank and credit card company they were calling from since I have a couple. He proceeded to call me a Bitch and I again asked for the company. No response other than asking if I was on drugs (NO I'm in the military for one!). When I asked for a supervisor he continued to call me a bitch! Are you kidding me? From there I was hung up on. I tried to call the number back and received a message that it was a not a working number.
