Threatening to send a summons for an out standing bank loan - one from 7 years ago that doesn't exist any longer.
They say they work for Titian Group LLC.
They will NOT provide any documentation but can make this go away for $1,067.00.
I then spoke with Harry Winslow (with an Indian accent) he insisted that if I did not pay immediately it would then go to court that this is a one time offer and that my wages would be garnished.
I asked for the mailing address for his company - he is not authorized to provide it to me, which makes me believe this is NOT a legit company.
They would not send me copies of letters - nothing has been sent to my home via certified letter....
I would be very leary of this phone number and company.
