I received 3 e-faxes from this number 613-701-0865 on 1/9/15. This is a fax number belonging to the Los Angeles Airport Reporting system which automatically sends faxes with alerts (i.e. a crash at a near by airport) - it inadvertently began sending faxes today which had never happened before. Seems like a glitchy system
I called the number on the fax and had myself removed - you can call 424-646-5292 and speak to a live person and have them remove your number.
