Woman with heavy accent wanted to thank me for using my VISA card and said that she was sending a $25 visa gift card in the mail. I told her that she was calling a Government agency since she was calling at work and she promptly hung up on me. When I call back, I get "This is the marketing department. If you would like to be on our Do Not Call List, please press 1. If you want us to call you back, please press 2".
