Missed this number, called back 15min later to an automated machine asking "press 1 for english, and press 2 for filipino." No other options which I thought strange. I pressed two, and was transferred to an operator: a mumbling man who I could barely understand (I'm actually good with that), and when I finally asked him to speak up, he hung up. I hope he didn't steal some kind of info off my phone!
