Received a call from a person claiming to be a process server from California (although area code is Phoenix AZ) looking for a Brenda Whitehorn ( whom we have never heard of and sounds fake). She had my and my husband's names and said that we were listed as references for this person and that she was trying to serve legal papers. She said that they would remove our names. Very weird and only gave vague answers when asked. Obviously some sort of scam or identiy theft con. There are other similar stories on other websites. I called the number back and a message states that the magic jack customer is unavailable.
