This guy called and proceeded to insult my father. When I asked him to identify himself and his business he insulted my mother. When we said identify your business and we'll pay the balance right now, he said we didn't need to know. I told him we were recording the call, and stated that after having Identified myself as my father's legal representative, since he had not identified himself, he must business must be illegal. No response for a few seconds then insults. We are reporting him to Homeland Security.
