I have received a call from this number everyday. I have told them several times the number they are calling is a cell phone and not to call back. I have still received calls and when I start to tell them not to call again, they hang up. They ask for a different person each time. I did block on number but they call from a different number which I have blocked as well. When I have answered, I can't understand them.
