Heavy accented man calls saying he's from District Attorney office and I owe ezcash.usa money. He says my wages will be attached and I will go to jail for 2yrs if I don't pay. He e-mailed Settlement Documents with no information on who, what or when I supposedly borrowed this money and they need my 'plastic' card info as well as a photo ID.
