Most definately a scam I am in Colorado and they listed up on craigs list as a Lisa and Charles Hank for a property at 2316 Summit Dr and they say to check out the property and I stopped by and there was a for sale sign on the property and I contacted the realtor and she said that the people listed above did not own the property, so they finally sent an email with a phone n umber i decided to to a run on which brought me here so do yourselves a favor do your research check public records first
