my friend just got a call from this number and they told her they were with the US Treasury and that if she didn't pay they were going to have her arrested in 30 minutes. They are foreign speaking and wanted her to go to her bank and then to go wire the money to a Elenor Ramos. Does that sound like something the Treasury would do. THIS IS A SCAM.
