This man called today and I could not understand much. He said that he was getting reports of ? from my computer and I needed them to fix it. He wanted me to go turn my computer on and I would not do that. I kept asking questions but he then hung upon me. Never give out information or pay any of these people. I have used geek squad and my daughter walking me through problems. No information, ask for a letter confirming who they are and what they want. I also will not give my address as they seem to know enough about me.Then slow mail me.
