647-287-5949 This guy stole my 6 year olds ipad 2 when he came to my home, I called the police and they said there is nothing they could do because I invited this person into my home .The officers also said that undercover officers are buying software and computer services from him and is collaborating with the R.C.M.P and will soon make a sweeping arrest !!
