In 2010, using the name vince dublois. This Filipino lured two students to a north york public library. He sold them counterfeit software and began using the identity of one of the students after that. Today he calls himself James.Those names must suit his image.

He operates on craiglist Toronto and kijiji
He pirates $5000-$10,000 titles and resells them to unsuspecting customers such as students and the elderly.
He is also involved in tickets sales, mortgage fraud and pornography.
If you have been a victim of identity theft or were sold counterfeit goods, paid to apply for a mortgage or were sold fake concert tickets by James hydra please let the police know.
