This is a really persistent caller based on the volume of calls I was getting. It drove me nut and then to search for a way to stop them. I'm so happy that I found an effective way to stop the calls, I wanted to pass this on. Call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. Allow 1-2 days for the process to complete, then gone :)
