This number keeps calling me. If you answer, they hang up. If you don't answer, they do not leave a message on voicemail or machine. Sometimes they don't even wait for voicemail. They just hang up after two or three rings.
There is NO name displayed on the caller ID but rather just garbled numbers with other text characters. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!
