As soon as i answered the phone, there was a slight hesitation, then they just hung up! Looked up this number on the net and found out it a collection agency XO Nevada of Clark co. NV. I have no dept to speak of, so not sure how they called my magic jack number. it listed also in the Do Not Call directory!
