Scammer - I received the same recorded message about changing my interest rate as above and was asked to press 1 to start the process. I did, and was promptly connected with someone in India, to whom I said, if you ever call this number again, I'll report you to the credit bureau. But, since I'm still angry about it, I decided it on the internet instead.
