I answered; they've called several times before and I didn't. Obvious robo-call, as it took a couple seconds for someone to speak up. Wanted to ask about my car and offer an extended service plan. I asked how they got this number (I don't give my cell # out at all), said they don't work with marketing, only the calls. I then said to take this number off their calling list (legit must oblige); they just hung up. Probably thru another service from out-of-the-country.
