Call came in at **07:54 AM** (**ILLEGAL** TIME, anything between 9PM and 8AM local time is ILLEGAL) and awoke a very ill person. ONE ring and then it stopped. Came and went so fast that it didn't even register on Caller ID; had to access # via *69. So, cannot block unless they call again and let it ring longer. SCUMBAGS
