The Houston Fire Department has received several inquiries into an organization called “The Firefighters Association,” “Association of Firefighters and Paramedics” and similar names calling to ask for donations for various fire department reasons including a bike run.
HFD does not solicit donations in this manner nor any of our affiliates. At this time, this appears to be a scam.
