I received an automated voicemail message that was difficult to understand, though I was able to pick out the phrase, "because of this, you will be arrested at your home, place of business,...) and then it left the phone number 714-275-8370. Having committed no crimes, I know this message was NOT meant for me. I can only assume that either (1) a person who used to have my phone number (which I have now had for almost 1 or 2 years) was the intended recipient; or (2) someone is using the phone system to threaten people randomly.
