I received a call today from a Jimmy Abshagen stating he was an investigator for Chexsystems. He said I owed $350 for a payday loan & that i needed to pay it today if I didn't want to get sued. I asked for him to mail me proof of the debt & he said he could not do that because it would waste his time. I asked for his company name & address which he would not tell me, he only said he was out of Buffalo, NY. I kept asking him to send the proof that I know my rights & if I dispute they have to provide proof the conversation ended with him hanging up on me. Who are these people?
