Had a message on my voice mail at 9:00 AM today (October 26, 2015) saying that the IRS was filing a suit against me, and I should call 719-551-2979 immediately. Had another call again at 1:20 PM today that I answered and was told the same thing. I hung up before it finished because I know that this is a scam. I have received this call several times in the past. Is there any way that these scammers can be identified and prosecuted!!
