this is the old get you a lower rate scam. they just will not give up. I am pretty sure these guys are in Orlando. Just string them along and make them waste their time. Pretend to be really old and that you need reasurance and ask to speak with a supervisor that you prefer to give your information to a supervisor. then string the supervisor along for as long as possible.
