We signed up to win Daytona tickets at a local car show. The winner was announced at the show. A few days later this number called me saying I had won a trip to Daytona. We knew it was a scam from the get go because a winner was already announced. They also called my wife but she didn't pick up. We looked up the number online and found that several others had this happen to them also. I didn't stay on the phone long enough to hear what type of information they wanted from me but I can imagine they want money or a credit card. That is the first sign of a scam.
