I just got a call with no one on the line from 805-206-2078. I'm betting it's for furnace cleaning, duct cleaning or solar panels because on similar numbers I have received calls and told them to stop calling me (not that it's worked). Fortunately, my iPhone enables me to block the caller. I have now blocked the following numbers which use the same tactics: 805-206-2071, 805-206-2087, 805-206-2089, 805-206-2086. What a waste of time!
