This person called at 7:17 am! It is my understanding that this is violation of federal laws which prohibit calling anyone before 9am. But then, the caller is also in violation of the DNCL. I didn't answer the call. I only pick up the call when I recognize the caller displayed on caller-id. I'll block al future calls from this individual.
