I suggest making a contact entry in your cell phone including all numbers, then setting your phone to block the caller. You will notice that the numbers that they use are all in the same number range; I would bet that they own the whole block of numbers in that number range (probably at least from 3404-3455) but can't confirm that yet. You could take a chance, though, and enter all numbers in that range.
