This is a scam. This company called my cell phone and said they were calling about the rate on my credit card and that I needed to call them back. I have 1 credit card with my local bank and they never ever call me about my rate. And when my bank does call me, they identify themselves by stating the name of the bank. Watch out and don't call these people back.
