Was an attempted Windows scam. They tell you your computer is infected and they are going to tell you how to fix it. They basically give you step by step instructions on how to give them access to your computer so they can take it over. I just strung them along for 20 minutes. I have a Mac. Oh, how fun it is wasting there worthless little lives.
