It seems that this is a debit collection service using a call center to try an intimidate people.
My caller ID came back as "Unknown". They have called my family and ex-wife stating that they have "legal time sensitive Documents for me" .... When I asked them who they were and why is there no caller ID information.... They hung up...
a week later they called my brother looking for me with the same message.
If I am not mistaken... if it was a legal agency or debt collector.. They can not block the phone number by law.
