The first time they called they stated they were working for the DA office. My attorney and I called them and when confronted they did not know how to back their lie up. They proceeded to cuss out my attorney. Luckily he recorded the conversation. Today Frank Morales called my mom and told her he was working for the Sheriff's office and looking for me to serve me papers. Then left this number for me to call back. What the idiot didn't realize is that in a city as big as the one I live in the Sheriff's office doesn't do service, only the Constable. Secondly, that I am dumb enough not to look up the phone number left when it is a toll free number and not a local number. I will give him that he scared my mom until I explained these are the idiots that claimed to work for the DA office and cussed out my attorney on a recorded phone call. I think it is now time to take action against them.
