Our habit is when we see a phone number we do not recognize, is to hit "speakerphone" and then immediately disconnect. We always check the number though. Seeing this is involving the Indiana Tax Amnesty, I had to post. I am a resident in Indiana and my deceased father is eligible for the amnesty.
