I was told I had won a cruise vacation. I gave my credit card number for the service charge for the voucher. I received a letter March 10, 20154 with a pen # and a cruise request form. I completed the cruise request form and submitted it on May 8, 2015. I have had no contact from the company and cannot reach them on the provided telephone number 844-678-2546. A recording informs me that this number has not been assigned. What kind of scam is this? Am i just out the money I sent.
