Got a call from this number from a Donna Chavez saying I defaulted on a payday loan & she was going to serve me & my bank with a "POA" for fraud. A Warren Biggs would drive from Illinois to my work. She said if I would give here a credit/debit number that she could stop the legal action. She would not provide me proof of the debt, nor give me her email or physicall address. Very shady!
