Recorded, robotic message saying "there is an direct complaint in our office that warrants your immediate response, failure to respond will result in immediate legal action... Press 1 to be connected with a rep in Client Services." It then proceeds to leave an automated account number & call back number.
Must be a scam as I have not received any legal paperwork via mail (registered or otherwise), which would be required for collections or anything of legal importance!
