3-21-16 Calls every few weeks. Started after I changed my cell phone's number. The woman said she worked for a bank and wanted to talk to a woman about an account back east.
When I bought tires & my phone number was put into the system it came up with a man who lives in Port Orchard.
Do people who owe money & want to not be found get change their phone numbers regularly so when we change our phone numbers, we get their creditors calling us?
