Calls multiple times a day. Voicemail message appears but is blank anywhere from 2 seconds to 2 minutes. Still have no idea who this is or why they are calling so persistently. I live nowhere near Kentucky and have no business or personal relationships with anyone there. I've entered lots of sweepstakes, if I've won something, it would nice to be left a message about it then I might call back if it's something I remember entering and I'm a definite winner, not going to get sales pitched when I call. If it's a collection agency they're breaking my state laws by harassing me and not identifying themselves when my voicemail answers and they stay on the line for the message and leave it blank.
My guess is this is either a collection agency or a sales pitch of some kind, or a sweepstakes or a company that is running a sweepstakes to call and bother entrants with sales pitches instead of notifying winners only. I hate companies that do that. Mail me, email me, but DON'T call me unless I won something from you! If I'm interested, I'll contact you, but if you bother me all day and refuse to identify yourself, you're obviously up to no good. If you had legitimate and personal reasons to contact me on my cell phone, you would identify yourself on voicemail and state your reason for your call. Otherwise, I don't trust you and I will report your number as SPAM!
