caller said that I am the subject matter of an open and active case. He called my cell, work, and home number. The number he called from was 8048232646 however left a 866-655-1648 with an ext 2591. This guy seems off his rocker for sure. Be aware!!! I will be reporting him to the police and filing a harrassment report. I agree with the other comments, although I never answered any of his calls, he is beyond agressive, rude as well as threatning.
