Hey JS and Everyone else ... my suggestion ... EVIL though it may be, (you'll need to check your phone book or local telephone service provider) they may have services like *57 (call tracing), it goes straight to the phone service provider.
keep on the line until a real person comes on (if a real person ever does) - start screaming that you know they're the ones making death threats or obsene calls from that number - hang up on them and press the appropriate "*" number
If they call from you again, as far as I'm concerned, call the cops/ State Police and or phone company and lay it on THICK!
