Some woman called on October 11, 2010 at 3:10 pm and asked if she was speaking with 'accounts payable.' I said no but asked how I could help her. She responded nastily and grumbled something. I asked her if she was a customer and she refused to answer my question and insisted that she know who I was. Um, she called me, so once again, I asked if she was a customer. She started screaming at me so I hung up.
