I received a call from a man claiming he was from Publisher's Clearing House, and that I had won a prize. He said that I needed to immediately hang up and call "William Anderson" at 876-386-2384 to claim my prize. Upon calling the number, my phone stated that my account was not authorized to make calls to that number. The original caller, who claimed to be "John Myer", called back and wanted me to hold while he connected me to "Mr. Anderson". At this point I had hung up on him because I had arrived home and looked this up on the internet to find out the whole thing was a scam. After I hung up and while I was filing the complaint, he proceeded to call a third time. I then stated to him that I knew this was a scam and no longer wished to be contacted by him again and hung up.
