She spewed all this information on BMO insurance and verified our address and then put me over to a man with a Russian accent who wanted to sign us up for the insurance which I said no to. I asked to have an information package sent and he said I would have to phone the insurance company and spewed out a 800 number which I chose not to write down. I thought afterwards that this seemed spam as my bank does not call or email and would know our names in full.
