Caller is searching for relative of mine but called my cell phone. Said that he was trying to contact me regarding THE CASE against **** and that my name is seen several times on the papers coming accross his desk. Would like me to return his call and give him some information in this case. Makes is tall sound so legal and above board, but is really a bill collector breaking the law, using up my cell minutes, harassing me and making it sound as if i am under some type of obligation to call him back or that not doing so would somehow endanger *** (person he is trying to seek info on). This is a rude and shabby attempt and I would like to know if this is considered abuse. Thanks
