This company (American Suzuki Financial) is totally incompetent. They send you a bill for your car payment 4 days before it is due then harass you because it is late.
Even when you call them back and tell them the payment is in the mail they call and call (and yes no messages ever. I have answered the phone and got no reply.
I called them to tell them they HAVE to send out the bill earlier and they were so stupid all they could do was change my due date!
I will be refinancing my car to pay them off but by the looks of other comments they will still harass me.
My suggestion is NEVER buy any Suzuki product and if you do DO NOT finance through them.
