815am Robo call, I'm assuming it was a debt collector. Left someone's name on my cell phone, (if that's not illegal it should be). I've had this number for 6-7 years, the name left wasn't mine. Msg left didn't outline the debt but threatened to start legal action immediately. Probably an uncollectable, old debt buyer,they tend to use scare tactics like this.
